Parade of Homes Orlando

The Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA), the authority, educator, and promoter of the housing and building industry, presents the 70th annual Parade of Homes Orlando. Central Floridians are invited to experience the best homes and apartment communities throughout greater Orlando during the FREE, self-guided tour Sat., May 6 through Sun., May 14, 2023.

Lake Sheen Demonstration Home Overview

This Demonstration Estate Home is located in a community within the Dr. Phillips area of Orlando, widely known as “Millionaires Row”, and the most sought-after homes in all of central Florida. This Floridian jewel is located a short distance away from downtown Orlando and Walt Disney World and is adjacent to the town of Windermere, and a 15 minute drive from The Orlando Convention Center.  Located on the Butler Chain of Lakes, the home is also near world famous Bay Hill golf course, and features sunset and Disney fireworks views over Lake Sheen.
