With the help of Smart Wall Sensors and Smart Wall Controls, Overture monitors for PM2.5 (small particles), carbon dioxide, humidity, temperate, and total volatile organic compounds inside the home, and then engages the homes ventilation systems to eliminate polluted air while simultaneously bringing in clean air from outside via the homes fresh air system, taking that vital task off the homeowner’s hands. Overture combines these systems with a mobile device app for total control and a detailed look into the home’s indoor air quality.

The Overture Smart Airy Quality Monitor Room Sensor plugs into any standard outlet and monitors for TVOCs, humidity, temperature, CO2, and PM2.5 (small particles). When the sensor detects elevated pollutant levels it communicates with a connected Overture Smart Wall Control to turn on the nearest ventilation fan or range hood while simultaneously communicating with the Overture Smart Plug to engage the home’s fresh air system.

Overture™ Smart Wall Controls with built in sensors are connected to ventilation fans in rooms such as the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room in the same way you would connect a standard wall switch. When they detect a rise in indoor air pollution, they automatically turn on the connected ventilation product and communicate with the Overture Smart Plug to engage the home’s fresh air system.
