Southeast Elevator
The home elevator was custom manufactured and installed by Southeast Elevator, a Ft. Pierce, FL based company.
The 8’ cab features mirrored stainless steel reveals with steel mesh raised laminate panels and showcases a perforated dark bronze folding gate. Four LED lights illuminate the beautiful workmanship on the cab’s interior. It has a matte black control panel with an integrated phone keypad and digital position indicator.
The hydraulic elevator has a capacity of 950 lbs.

Residential Home Waiter
This stainless Home Waiter was custom manufactured and installed by Southeast Elevator, a Ft. Pierce, FL based company.
It is designed to quickly and safely transport small cargo between multiple levels of a house and is unique in that all of the railing and sling components are made from marine grade aluminum making it lightweight and non-corrosive.
All of the wiring features plug and play connections and the low profile membrane hall switches give a modern feel to any new home. This residential Home Waiter is very durable and easy to clean.
